EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival Food First Look

EPCOT’s International Flower and Garden Festival will return on March 4 and will run until June 1, 2026.

Ahead of the festival Disney has released looks at some of the upcoming eats and sips!

Let’s take a look!

  • Blackened Fish Slider – Located at the Florida Fresh booth

This dish features fish along with a fried green tomato, Cajun rémoulade, and it’s served on a brioche bun.

 

  • Ceviche – Is located at La Isla Fresca

It’s a shrimp ceviche served mixed with avocado, mango, cucumber, lime, cilantro, tomato, and jalapeno. It also comes with plantain chips.

 

  • Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho – Also located at La Isla Fresca

This dessert features coconut custard with chocolate and passion fruit caramel sauce.

  • Strawberry-Basil Lemonade – Served at the Beach Grub booth.

This drink is a Strawberry-Basil Lemonade made with Minute Maid Lemonade, mixed with strawberry-hibiscus syrup, and finished with some basil.

 

  • Orange Cream Bar – Also located at BRUNCHCOT

This bar features vanilla-bean orange mousse covered in a chocolate shell with marshmallow meringue.

  • Avocado Toast – Located at BRUNCHCOT

This dish is served with tomatoes and “Boursin Dairy-Free Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese” served on toasted ciabatta.

  • Limoncello-Basil Sparkling Cocktail – Located at Yacht Grub

Made from sparkling wine, Seagram’s Club Soda, and limoncello liqueur.

  • Trio of Dips and Chips – Also located at Yacht Grub

This dish featured hand-made potato chips and comes with three dips that include a whipped feta with candied lemon, a caramelized onion dip with caviar, and a pimento cheese dip with pickles.

  • Coconut Panna Cotta – Is located in the new Nectar booth.

It contains coconut panna-cotta with a cherry gelée, matcha crumb, citrus cookie, meringue (plant-based), and flower confetti.

 

  • Lemon Tart– The Citrus Blossom

This tart features lemon curd, blood orange gel, meringue (plant-based), and raspberry powder.

  • Miso Cola-Glazed Sticky Pork Ribs – Located at the Trowel & Trellis booth.

These are Miso Cola glazed pork ribs served with spicy pickled peppers and peanuts.

  • Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail – Locate at EPCOT Farmers Feast

This drink is made with Islamorada Hibiscus Gin and Simply Lemonade.

 

  • Chicken and Waffles – Located at The Honey Bee-stro

This dish features crispy chicken on a sweet honey-bacon cornbread waffle and served with whipped honey butter, and orange blossom honey.
