Disney’s upcoming live-action adaptation of ‘101 Dalmatians’ character Cruella now has a theatrical release date.
According to a tweet from Rotten Tomatoes the theatrical release date for the film will be May 28, 2021

This puts it opening over Memorial Day weekend for 2021.
Disney is apparently still moving ahead with it for theatrical release over streaming. Now with vaccines coming out, summer 2021 might be a lot more likely to see a return to the theaters.
But I do wish Disney would stop with the incessant live-action remakes.
