If you are a fan of Disneyland’s Toontown get ready because it is going to close starting on March 9 and it won’t reopen until early in 2023 according to Disney.

With the Disneyland version of Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Disney is also transforming the area “..into a vibrant symphony of sights, sounds, and sensations with some all-new experiences, more play and interactivity for our guests, with a focus on families and young children.

When it reopens next year guests can expect the some popular attractions to stay like “Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin, and Mickey and Minnie’s houses. However it seems they are going to “reimagine” other attractions including: Gadget’s Go Coaster, Goofy’s House and Donald’s Boat.

The word “reimagine” always makes me nervous, especially when Disney uses it, so we will have to see how this goes.
