Disneyland ToonTown Brawler Faces 6-Month Sentence- Arrest Warrants Issued For the Other Participants

Remember the big brawl that happened in Disneyland Park’s ToonTown area last July?

Well the court date arrived for those involved and only one of them showed up.

Avery Robinson of Las Vegas was the man seeing in the video “beating family members.”  He did appear in court and plead guilty “to one felony count and multiple misdemeanors as part of a plea deal with Orange County prosecutors. This was reduced from the five felony charges and nine misdemeanors he was facing before the plea deal.

According to reports Mr. Robinson was also accused of trying to hit one of the Disneyland security guards with his car.

He was sentenced to six months in jail.”

Two other family members were to appear in court as well but they “failed to appear before Orange County Superior Court Judge Scott Petrie.” They also missed their arraignment in September.

Andrea Robinson, sister to Avery Robinson, and her husband Daman Petrie, are now listed as fugitives from justice. Ms. Robinson is being charged with five misdemeanors and Mr. Petrie is being faced with one misdemeanor count for battery.

Now they have arrest warrants issued for their failure to appear in court.

We will keep you posted as we get more information.
