Disneyland After Dark events are returning in 2022!

These special ticketed events generally run from 8PM to midnight on select nights. Ticket holders are allowed to enter the park a few hours before the event’s official start time. 

The SoCal theme park will welcome back 3 hard-ticketed after hours events in 2022. 

After hours events are a great way to experience the parks with less crowding – which means ride wait times are typically less than during regular admission. 

Here’s what Disneyland After Dark is bringing us in 2022.

Sweethearts’ Nite

Select nights in February allow you to experience Disneyland decked out in love. Enjoy Valentine-themed photo opportunities, food, entertainment, and a special fireworks show.

Tickets include park entry beginning at 5PM, no reservation needed. 

Event dates for Sweethearts’ Nite are February 1, 3, 8, 10, and 14, 2022. 

Tickets start at $114 per person, and go on sale December 9, 2021. Disney PhotoPass is included with your ticket, but parking is not. 

Villains Nite

Get down with your bad self and some bad guys during Disneyland After Dark: Villains Nite. 

This event is held at Disney’s California Adventure Park. 

Dress up like your favorite villains and strike a pose with your wicked friends. It’s one of the best times to see villains in the park. The included Disney PhotoPass will help you make the baddest memories, in the best way possible. 

Enjoy themed food and beverages, and entertainment.

The event runs March 8 and 10, 2022. It starts at 8pm and ends at midnight, but park entry will begin at 5PM. 

Tickets start at $119 per person, and go on sale January 11, 2022. 

Star Wars Nite

3 nights in May offer you the chance to party on Batuu after dark. 

With the Rise of the Resistance ride switching to a stand-by line, this event may be your ticket to ride while cutting down your wait time. 

You’ll enjoy a Star Wars fireworks spectacular, a galactic dance party, and themed food fit for a Life Day celebration!

Disneyland After Dark: Star Wars Nites dates include May 3, 4 and 27, 2022. 

Entry to the park without a reservation will begin at 6PM. The event officially starts at 9PM and ends at 1AM. 

Tickets start at $134 per person, and go on sale January 11, 2022. Like with Sweethearts’ Nite, Disney PhotoPass is included with your ticket purchase, but parking is not.
