Okay we finally have a date for the launch of the Disney Skyliner! It’s going to open on September 29, 2019!
The new Skyliner system will connect Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot and four resort hotels: Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and the upcoming Disney’s Riviera Resort that’s scheduled to open in December of this year (and it looks pretty cool.)
We’ve been watching them build, unwrap and test them for awhile now. So it will be nice to have it completed!
The new Disney Skyliner gondolas have wraps that are based on attractions, films and characters like Mickey and the Fab Five and:
- “Coco”
- Goofy, Pete, Horace Horsecollar and Clarabelle Cow
- “Finding Dory”
- Haunted Mansion
- “Monsters, Inc.”
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- “Ratatouille”
