Disney+ ‘Muppet’s Haunted Mansion’ Trailer Has Been Released

Disney has a new Muppets special coming to Disney+ on October 8 and it combines the loveable puppets with the Haunted Mansion! Now we have a look at the trailer!

It seems like they are going right through the attraction and I love that!

The special will follow the Great Gonzo and Pepe the King Prawn as they try to survive the night inside the Haunted Mansion.  All your favorite Muppet characters and some of their friends will be there to represent the 999 Happy Haunts that reside inside the mansion.  Miss Piggy is Madame Leota of course!

“The Great Gonzo – world famous daredevil artiste, has done it all, seen it all, and survived it all. But on Halloween night, the fearless Gonzo takes on the greatest challenge of his life by spending one very daring night in the most grim grinning place on Earth …The Haunted Mansion. Inspired by all four of the iconic Disney Haunted Mansion attractions located across the globe at various Disney Parks, the “Muppets Haunted Mansion” includes many hidden easter eggs for Disney fans and “Muppet-ized” sets and props that help immerse viewers in the storytelling experience. This marks the Muppets’ first-ever Halloween special and features three new original songs, “Rest In Peace,” “Life Hereafter” and “Tie The Knot Tango”, a star-studded Muppets cast, celebrity cameos, and spooky fun for families to enjoy together.”

Will Arnett, Ed Asner (who just passed last month), Yvette Nicole Brown, Darren Criss, Taraji P. Henson, Kim Irvine (Imagineer and daughter of Leota Toombs), Skai Jackson, Geoff Keighley, Justina Machado, Jeannie Mai, Chrissy Metz, Alfonso Ribeiro, Craig Robinson, Pat Sajak, John Stamos, Danny Trejo and Sasheer Zamata.
