According to Attractions Magazine, Disney is closing down the popular ‘Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom” interactive quests at the Magic Kingdom. It was free to play and included in your ticket.
Attractions Magazine indicated that Disney will be shutting it down on January 24, 2021.
“The interactive card game experience will close on Sunday, Jan. 24, due to “the changes in how [….] guests use mobile technology […] and decreased demand for Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom,” according to Disney. Guests will have until that date to battle the Disney Villains threatening to take over the kingdom.”

Here’s the game synopsis from the Walt Disney World Site:
“Hades has an evil plan to make Magic Kingdom park his new summer home. He’s enlisted a brigade of Disney baddies—Cruella, Scar, Jafar, Maleficent, Ursula, Yzma, Ratcliffe and Dr. Facilier—to help track down 4 enchanted crystal shards, which are hidden throughout the park. It’s up to you to foil their plans and save the day.
Get ready for spellbinding adventures at every turn!”
My son loved the game.
