Disney Cruise Line’s Extends Future Cruise Credits Through March 31, 2022

According to the Disney Cruise Line Blog, Disney Cruise Lines are apparently letting travel agents know that the “future cruise credits” issued to those who’ve had their trips cancelled due to COVID-19 can now be used through Mary 31, 2022.

Disney has had to cancel cruises and when they do they offer guests either a refund or a future cruise credit that is more than what their cruise was. So many got 125% credit to use if they agreed not to ask for a refund. Initially the credit was only good for up to 15 months after their originally scheduled cruise.

This would give guests time to use their credits. As more sailings get cancelled that means more guests that will need to book a cruise. Of course that would fill up ships rather quickly. This way guests have more time, and options, for when they can take their cruise.

Soon Fall 2021 listings should become available, but there could be a delay due to the situations going on.
