Today we have yet another sign of the world returning to normal. Walt Disney World has started to bring back the single rider lines to the parks!
According to WDWNT the single rider line has returned for the Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run attraction in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Hopefully other attractions like Test Track are also bringing back the single rider lines.
Since Walt Disney World has removed a lot of the physical distancing mandates and filling every row on attractions, they can now allow single riders to fill the remaining seats that they were leaving vacant before.
Single Rider lines are no longer listed as “paused experiences” under Attractions and Entertainment on the Walt Disney World website. Although parades and nighttime spectaculars and character greetings are still listed as being paused.
Disney is ending a lot of these pandemic mandates, but they still haven’t brought back Fast Pass, even with rumors of the capacity limits possibly going up to 70% by mid-July. But the lines overall probably move quicker without it, it’s just nice to periodically have a quick wait for a popular attraction.
