Last week, many were upset when they tried to make reservations for the new Beak & Barrel Tavern in Walt Disney World. Not long after the reservations opened up, the site crashed, and when it came back up, reservations were not possible.
We now have a new date for Beak & Barrel reservations to go live – August 20, 2025.
Reservations will open up at 7 PM EST for those who want to try their luck at getting one.
The tavern will open on August 29th.
What is the Beak & Barrel?

The Beak & Barrel is a new tavern that is opening up next to Pirates of the Caribbean in the Magic Kingdom.
This new location offers two rooms, a “Mess Hall” style dining area with long shared tables and the “Captains Quarters” room with private tables.
Here is the write-up,
“Grab a quick bite and quench your thirst. The menu features tasty options for pirates of all ages—as well as refreshing cocktails for Guests ages 21 and up.
Enjoy a variety of spirits Inspired by flavors of the Caribbean and crafted into colorful cocktails beloved by pirates—even a choice specialty drink in a mug to keep as your own loot! Of course, there’ll be rum! Seafarers and landlubbers of all ages will find tasty beverages paired with legendary dessert treasures.
Share small plates with your pirate crew. The international influences are taken from pirate tales and adventures while sailing the 7 seas.”
A full menu has been released offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic options along with some food.

There will be a 45-minute time limit at this location, like Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Given the time limit, Disney can allow for more people to experience this new dining experience. It seems to be a relatively small space.
Hopefully, the site doesn’t crash this time.
