It’s been reported that someone was found deceased in the Orange Garage at Disney Springs on January 2.
**UPDATE**
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office has said they are investigating the death as a possible suicide.
Here is their statement,
“This incident is being investigated as a possible suicide. We have no additional information to release and will have no further updates this weekend.”
If it is a suicide, this would be the third suicide (or 6th death) since October 2025.
Last night, people were asking what was happening at the Orange Garage at Disney Springs, and now we have a reason. According to News 6, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office dispatched officers at around 8:55 PM. They were responding to a report of a “person down,” which later changed to “dead person”.
The Orange Garage was not specifically mentioned, but people were asking about the police presence at the location last night.
Please remember that Walt Disney World is roughly the size of a city, so people are injured and pass away from time to time.
It is unclear what the cause of death was.
