The infamous “Coyote vs. Acme” film is finally going to be released on August 28, and we now have a trailer for the film.
Why is this film infamous?
For those who don’t know, “Coyote vs. Acme” was originally scheduled for release a couple of years ago, but Warner Bros. shelved it in late 2023. This decision was met with a lot of backlash from fans and people in the industry who saw the film.
Thankfully, Ketchup Entertainment acquired the rights to distribute it, and the infamous “lost” film will now be shown.
What is “Coyote vs. Acme” about?
The film is based on a New Yorker article from the 90s that imagines Wile E. Coyote suing the Acme Corporation for the failure of all the products he uses in his pursuit of the Road Runner.

I do like the live action meets animation story telling because it reminds me of “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” or the “Space Jam” films. Nostalgia.
