Cast Members Taken To the Hospital Over Strange Odor at Disneyland Park

Earlier today, several Cast Members fell ill due to an unknown odor in the backstage area near Star Tours: The Adventure Continues.

Reports indicate that authorities were called in after the odor began to sicken several Cast Members.

In a recent update by Scott Gustin on X, five Cast Members were taken to the hospital while several more were treated on-site.

Update: Building materials used by a contractor triggered a reaction backstage at Disneyland. Several cast members were treated on site by paramedics and released, while 5 experiencing dizziness and shortness of breath were taken to local hospitals. https://t.co/8B6Hi0XDLY

Some areas nearby were cleared for the safety of guests, but no guests were sickened or injured, according to “Anaheim Fire Officials.”

According to Anaheim Fire officials, the incident happened backstage near Star Tours. Fire officials also confirmed the situation did not impact any guests in the park.
