Can You Really Sleep At The Haunted Mansion?

There is a new rumor stating guests can sleep at the Haunted Mansion if they can book the room fast enough.

Is this true? No.

What is the rumor?

The story is coming from known satire site Mouse Trap News.

According to the article one person per day can book the ability to sleep in the attic of the Haunted Mansion for $999 (get it..999.) In the morning the guests need to get up bright and early for breakfast in the ballroom before Cast Members start ride checks and guests arrive at opening.

“Every day, Disney will put the room up on their website for booking at 8 AM Eastern Time. The first person that day to successfully book the room will be able to stay there. The lucky ones who get to stay in the Haunted Mansion will sleep in the attic section of the ride, right by Constance the bride.

There are not currently beds in that spot, but there will be once people start staying there. Then, in the morning, before the park opens, they will be served breakfast in the ballroom part of the ride.”

They claim this new offering will start on January 1, 2026 (they should have gone with April 1, 2026).

None of this is true.

I wish it were, but it’s not.
