Earlier today we posted that the highly anticipated Build-a-Bear Baby Yoda aka The Child plush was finally available, and it sold out already!
BAB has already posted the message. Here’s what it says:
“The galaxy’s most in-demand alien sold out in record time! We will have The Child back in stock as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience while we process a high number of orders. Order confirmations are currently delayed by up to two hours. Signing up for email notifications at buildabear.com/thechild is the best way to know when The Child returns.”
I know people were running into issues with the website. We had it give us an “Error message” instead of a confirmation number, but when we went to re-order it said we had already ordered one. Luckily, our confirmation came through a couple of hours later.
I’m sure they will be making more, and they indicated more were coming. As for signing up for the email. I had done that when they announced it, but I never got the email at launch. Go ahead and sign-up and hopefully you will get an email when it’s back in stock.
