Beverly Will Return With Club Cool In EPCOT

Club Cool is progressing nicely with the final touches being added to the location. But according to Imagineer Zach Riddley, we now know that Beverly is definitely returning with it.

Some, including my husband, were worried that the venue change would also lead to the removal of the most talked about beverage in Club Cool. Now we know that is not the case.

Club Cool tells the uniquely EPCOT story about flavors of the world connecting people globally – where Guests can taste test popular Coca-Cola flavors from different countries including the beloved Beverly, which we can confirm WILL have a spot on the soda fountain upon reopening!

For those that don’t know what Beverly is, it is an Italian apéritif that is made from grapefruit rind and is very bitter. My husband describes it as tasting like “Squirt soda without the sugar.”

The drink was discontinued in 2009 but they still make it for Disney and the Coca Cola museum.

A lot of people hate it and it’s been a “challenge” for people to try when visiting Walt Disney World’s EPCOT.  However a lot of people actually like it.

Twitter users have some opinions:

Club Cool is supposed to reopen sometime this Summer, so they have until later into September to technically still be “summer.”

What do you think of Beverly?  Comment and let us know!
