Looking for an EPCOT reservation on May 27th as an Annual Passholder? Well, you’re out of luck. It seems that there are no more reservations for Annual Passholders on May 27th which also coincides with the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Disney announced the opening day of Cosmic Rewind earlier this week.
On April 4th, Passholders were emailed a notice of an Annual Passholder preview for the newest Disney attraction at EPCOT.
It states:
“Calling all Guardians to EPCOT. As an Annual Passholder or eligible Disney Vacation Club Member, you’re invited to a special sneak peek of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, an all-new family thrill coaster at EPCOT! Be on the lookout for a registration email in your inbox soon. Disney Vacation Club Members: this is part of Membership Extras, an incidental benefit. Extras are available with eligible ownership interests.”
No follow up email has come as of the writing of this article. I’m certainly checking often for an email from Disney Destinations to schedule my preview of Cosmic Rewind.
However, with the dearth of reservations available looks like Annual Passholders are running at the chance to be first in line for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind on May 27th. There are reservations available for guests buying theme park tickets for this date. Pirate and Pixie Dust Passholders are blocked out for that weekend of May 28th, so those Passholders most likely pounced on May 27th to experience the new attraction.
I hope to receive the email for the preview soon as I enjoy having this perks as a passholder. Hopefully, I will be able to get a weekend opening for the preview, but if I have to make a trip during on a weeknight – I’ll do it. I’m excited to see what Disney’s been up to with this new coaster. The building and the hype for this coaster are both huge.
Are you looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind? Let us know in the comments.
