’02 Spider-Man and Sony’s Venom Join The S.H.Figuarts Line

While it may be years before we finally see Venom and Spider-Man clash in the MCU, you can make that happen in your homes soon. If Spider-Man 3’s Venom left you disappointed, maybe you’d like to pit Toby Maguire’s Spidey VS Sony’s standalone version of Venom? Would you be willing to pay over $200 to make that happen? Then crack open that wallet!

Dubbed the “Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man,” this take on the heroic web-slinger is joining Bandai‘s line of detailed and highly articulate S.H.Figuarts line of action figures. We saw that pre-orders for this figure opened up this week over at the Big Bad Toy Store for $94.99. Spidey stands at 5.91″ tall and will ship around February 2023. Unlike Marvel Legends figures, Bandai’s have increased articulation, more accessories, and interchangeable parts.

Joining him is Venom, as he appeared in Let There be Carnage. The symbiote from outer space will also land in February, but he is a bit pricier. Eddie Brock’s companion is set at $129.99, but he is nearly 2″ taller than Spider-Man. If only he had the white spider symbol on his chest. Like Spidey, Venom comes with interchangeable hands and some accessories, including a symbiote head. So now you can recreate the abuse Brock went through when Venom didn’t get its way.
